Bucharest, October 30, 2006 — On November 22–23, 2006, at Bucharest’s JW Marriott Grand Hotel, Grapefruit and Evensys will organize the first edition of BrandCamp (www.brandcamp.ro), an event that offers conferences and workshops on branding, held by several foreign and Romanian experts in the field.

Focus on the Branding Process is the theme of the first edition of BrandCamp, which gathers several consultants and creatives from some of the best-known branding agencies (Landor, Minale Tattersfield, Karakter), freelance consultants (Tony Spaeth), acknowledged authors (Alina Wheeler), academic researchers (Konstantinos Tsakonas) and typography experts (Linotype).

BrandCamp is conceived as an event that features no superstars, but rather real-life professionals able to offer a pragmatic view on the branding process by giving hands-on answers to questions about the corresponding practice and results. All the participants will be able to attend the conferences which will take up the entire first day of the event, November 22. Attendance to the four simultaneous workshops from the second day, November 23, will be restricted to the number of available places.
