Iasi, May 26, 2003–For the second time this year, Grapefruit Design's work has been featured in a reference book for corporate and brand identity design. 20 of the logos created by Grapefruit Design for clients worldwide have appeared in "New Logo World", a book published in Japan by PIE Books.

PIE Books is one of the world's largest design publishers, covering fields such as editorial and print design, advertising, direct marketing, identity design and illustration with reference publications. Fully bilingual (English-Japanese), "New Logo World" is the third volume in a PIE Books series dedicated to identity design, bringing together over 2.300 logo marks from over 35 countries.

"We are glad to appear in a prestigious Japanese publication after gaining exposure in a similar US book, next to some of the biggest names in our industry. We are traditionally active in the Western markets, but we hope our appearance in 'New Logo World' will herald our entrance in the Far East", remarks Marius Ursache, Chief Creative Officer Grapefruit Design.

"New Logo World" is available for online purchasing at www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/4894442361. More details about the book can be found at www.piebooks.com.

Grapefruit Design (www.grapefruitdesign.com) is an identity and new media consultancy based in Iasi, Romania. The client list includes international clients like Eli Lilly, International Corporate and Brand Identity Centre and The Cayenne Group, as well as large Romanian companies such as Connex (Mobifon SA), Mercury Research and Siveco Romania.
