The customer
SIVECO Romania was set up in 1991 and is currently one of the biggest providers of ERP, eLearning, eHealth, eBusiness, and eGovernment solutions, as well as fully customised software projects, in the country. SIVECO Romania is an important member of the international group SIVECO, and has more than 1,800 customers in over 35 countries.
The challenge
The SIVECO Romania website was unable to meet the communication needs raised in an online environment by the current marketing approach of the company. The graphic user interface was perceived as inconsistent and unprofessional, while the less than ideal structuring of the content categories meant that the website information was rather difficult to access and follow.
The solution
Grapefruit designed and implemented the new SIVECO Romania corporate website informational architecture and graphical user interface according to the previously defined corporate identity. This interface was implemented on a content management system provided by SIVECO Romania, which allowed the company's marketing staff to update the website content with minimum effort.
